For most repair calls, I will give you an estimate of the time involved on the phone, or by return email. When I arrive for the scheduled service call, I’ll inspect the work with you and advise if the estimate is accurate, or needs to be revised based on what I see.
Attach photos to your request if they will help to describe the job. If the work is more involved, I can arrange a visit for your estimate. In most cases I prefer you receive a written estimate so you can review my “Terms & Conditions”.
